This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify, assess, and oversee tenders.
• Discover pertinent tenders through active and professional tender monitoring.
• Conduct initial evaluations for suitability and deal-breakers (utilizing AI support along with manual assessment).
• Perform comprehensive reviews: technical specifications, references, formal requirements, and budget/contractual terms.
• Create decision-making materials and manage the go/no-go process, including documenting the outcomes.
• Oversee bid project management and formal submissions.
• Hold end-to-end responsibility for tender processing until timely submission or professional withdrawal.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure adherence to formal criteria, version control, scheduling, compliance, and deadlines.
• Record processes, decisions, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate closely with Tech, Strategy, and Design teams to consolidate subject-matter expertise.
• Transform complex information into clear, customer-oriented narratives (in German and English) that are persuasive, organized, and professional.
• Continuously refine processes, standard documentation, and templates.
• Develop and maintain a content/knowledge library for knowledge reuse.
• Assess and implement AI tools and automation (e.g., LLM-based drafts, workflows, RFP software) to significantly expedite standard inquiries.
• Experience in the web development industry or agency setting.
• Background in tender management, bid management, or similar roles (such as account management, business development, sales/marketing, project management, etc.).
• Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail — you maintain composure and precision even with overlapping deadlines.
• Proficient in German and competent in English, both in writing and speaking.
• Technical expertise (e.g., in web/IT, software, platforms, with a basic understanding of architecture).
• Familiarity with HubSpot.
• High affinity for tools and enthusiasm for early-adopter technologies (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, Make.com, RFP software, automation tools).
