Temporary Technical Research Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Recruit, screen, and schedule individuals for participation in studies conducted in Spanish or English.

• Facilitate the informed consent process and administer face-to-face questionnaires.

• Input participant responses directly into the REDCap database.

• Adhere to participant compensation policies and procedures.

• Offer research and project support as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education is mandatory.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential; preference will be given to lifelong Spanish speakers.

• Must be comfortable interacting with individuals, especially young adults and those living with HIV.

• Prior experience in conducting interviews is required.

• Familiarity with data collection and REDCap is preferred.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision is necessary.

• Exceptional attention to detail is required.

• A strong work ethic, characterized by efficiency and accuracy, is essential.

• Capability to make daily decisions regarding tasks, time management, and information is required.

• Must be able to handle unpredictable, complex, and multiple tasks effectively.

• A high level of organizational skills is required.
