This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Act as the main point of contact between the Charleston builder/developer and House Beautiful's editorial and marketing departments located in New York.
• Take ownership of the master project plan, timelines, and supporting documents to ensure alignment and adherence to schedules across cross-functional teams.
• Monitor sponsor products, materials, and project assets throughout the Whole Home project's lifecycle.
• Facilitate weekly project meetings, record key decisions, and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Organize and manage project resources, including sponsor details, floor plans, meeting notes, and other essential documents in shared Google Drive folders.
• Proactively communicate with builders, designers, contractors, photographers, videographers, content creators, and internal stakeholders to guarantee smooth productions and shoots.
• Assist with on-site project requirements, including conducting site visits and supporting venue scouting when necessary.
• Take comprehensive production notes, track editorial highlights and sponsor integrations, and document detailed product information room-by-room to aid editorial, marketing, and content teams.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, management, editorial operations, event production, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a collaborative and proactive approach to managing stakeholders.
• Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional projects that involve various internal and external partners.
• Keen attention to detail and the capability to maintain precise project documentation and tracking systems.
• Proficient in using tools such as Google Workspace, including Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Slides.
• Ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic, deadline-focused environment while maintaining a positive, solutions-driven attitude.
• Previous experience collaborating with creative, editorial, production, design, construction, or events teams is advantageous.
