Cloud Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop technical project plans, proposals, administrative documentation, reports, and task orders for AWS.

• Create and manage projects to track the onboarding of new AWS users and the progress and status of projects for current users.

• Plan and provide recommendations to clients regarding task workload.

• Assist and lead meetings with clients, serving as the primary liaison with AWS.

• Interact with various client stakeholders.

• Coordinate the development of deliverables and products, ensuring excellence in delivery quality.

• Lead process improvement initiatives within AWS, including client onboarding, changes, configuration management, and self-service solutions.

• Maintain continuous learning about AWS cloud solutions.

• Begin with a focus on customer support and service.

• Receive progressive training in project management tools and methodologies.

• Obtain additional training in project profitability models and financial support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical or business discipline.

• Certifications in Scrum, PMI, or similar (preferred).

• Minimum of 4 years of prior project management experience.

• Experience in cloud project management with AWS.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Project.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban.

• Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid methodological environment that combines traditional methodologies with agile tools.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to contribute new ideas.

• B2 level proficiency in English.

• At least 2 years of experience in customer support or similar roles with exposure to financial or project-related topics.

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.

• High organizational ability, structure, and empathy.

• Effective tracking in Jira, Asana, or MS Project.

• Basic experience in profitability models or project financial management is desirable.

• Proactive with attention to detail.

• Ability to work in collaborative and results-oriented environments.

• Ability to quickly adapt to project management training.
