HVAC Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute HVAC projects from the moment of contract award until completion.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, subcontractors, client relationships, and overall project performance.

• Manage HVAC projects from inception to closeout.

• Review scopes of work, contracts, and equipment specifications.

• Create and sustain project schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies.

• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, equipment manufacturers, and on-site teams.

• Monitor project expenses, labor, materials, equipment, and timelines.

• Review and authorize material and equipment quotes, submittals, change orders, and purchase orders.

• Coordinate the procurement and delivery of equipment.

• Conduct project meetings and provide status updates to clients.

• Identify project risks, delays, scope discrepancies, and cost implications; develop corrective action plans.

• Track project advancement and maintain precise documentation.

• Foster customer relationships and promptly address project-related issues in a professional manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanical construction, or related project management.

• In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, mechanical construction, and installation practices.

• Familiarity with project scheduling, cost control, change-order management, and construction processes.

• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

• Experience with construction/project management software is preferred.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
