Temporary Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee production schedules, timelines, and logistics from the pre-production phase through to execution.

• Manage production requirements involving crew, talent, vendors, locations, and external collaborators.

• Arrange travel, equipment, permits, and logistical details for the day of production.

• Liaise with internal teams and external partners regarding schedules, requirements, and evolving production needs.

• Monitor production deliverables, deadlines, and any outstanding details.

• Proactively address logistical challenges and propose practical solutions.

• Provide on-site production assistance as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in production, production coordination, or a similar role, or equivalent experience.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.

• A proactive, solution-focused approach with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.

• Strong and effective communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, talent, vendors, crews, and other partners.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, timelines, and production requirements in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in coordinating production logistics such as schedules, travel, equipment, locations, permits, crews, or talent is preferred.

• Capacity to provide on-site production support when necessary.

• This is a remote role based in New York.

🏝️ Benefits

• Base compensation of $79.37 per hour.

• Not eligible for bonus or commission compensation.
