Senior Producer, Sports

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Supervise the scheduling of segments alongside producers.

• Manage show boards and oversee production planning.

• Collaborate with the Co-Executive Producer to organize and plan daily shows.

• Convey the creative vision and timing needs to producers.

• Oversee the scheduling of shoots, editing, and the airing of content.

• Assist the Co-Executive Producer with studio and talent stand-up components for assigned segments.

• Supervise and produce programming for sweeps and weekend episodes.

• Work with Senior Producers to manage content flow and develop weekend shows.

• Propose and produce top-of-show elements for daily broadcasts.

• Manage in-studio production aspects related to talent stand-ups and show segments.

• Oversee morning voice-over requirements and talent needs.

• Conduct fact-checking and offer editorial supervision prior to feed.

• Collaborate with Senior Producers to manage content flow and ensure the smooth execution of daily programming.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• 8+ years of experience in producing entertainment, sports, studio, or live television programming.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong editorial judgment and storytelling skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with producers, talent, editors, and production leaders.

• Regular use of computers, production software, and video conferencing platforms.

• Passion for sports, television production, and engaging with audiences.

• Strong leadership abilities and decision-making skills.

• Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under tight deadlines.

• Creative problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.

• Commitment to delivering accurate, compelling, and high-quality content.
