πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Maintain, audit, and update confidential personnel files within Paylocity and electronic archives.

β€’ Upload documents, track necessary forms, and ensure accurate employee records across client entities.

β€’ Coordinate administrative responsibilities for hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

β€’ Prepare offer letters and set up new hires in Paylocity.

β€’ Monitor the completion of I-9 forms and tax documents, as well as distribute onboarding materials.

β€’ Assist with pre-payroll administration, including auditing timesheets and tracking any missing employee information.

β€’ Organize payroll documentation to meet established deadlines.

β€’ Provide basic support regarding Paylocity portal access and standard benefits inquiries.

β€’ Oversee mandatory training and completion of compliance policies.

β€’ Send reminders and escalate overdue compliance items to the HR Director.

β€’ Address routine HR inquiries and manage incoming communications related to operations.

β€’ Assist with scheduling and special projects as requested by the HR Director or Operations leadership.

β€’ Report directly to the HR Director and provide support to the Operations Department.

β€’ A demonstrated commitment to progressive causes and a passion for thriving in a fast-paced environment.

β€’ A strong interest in fostering and maintaining a positive work environment while resolving interpersonal issues.

β€’ High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Microsoft Office, and various web-based tools.

β€’ Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail in managing records and numerical data.

β€’ Proven capability to handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professional ethics.

β€’ A minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative, operational, or HR support is preferred; internships and campaign operations experience are also considered.

β€’ Previous experience with Paylocity or a similar HRIS platform is preferred.

β€’ Experience working within progressive political campaigns, non-profits, or community organizations is advantageous.

β€’ Access to a reliable laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection is necessary.

β€’ Willingness to work long hours and/or weekends, particularly during peak campaign periods.

β€’ Ability to sit for extended periods while performing data entry and to stand for long durations during remote training or job responsibilities.

β€’ Capability to use a computer and/or smartphone and engage in frequent voice or video calls.
