Talent Management Specialist III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare and deliver approved apprenticeship training and instructional programs utilizing instructor-led, electronic/web-based, and multimedia methods.

• Conduct assessments and module examinations through electronic testing systems.

• Facilitate performance evaluations in lab or jobsite settings.

• Maintain certification status as a Craft Instructor.

• Assess the effectiveness of training and development programs using appropriate data collection tools and techniques.

• Coordinate or execute administrative tasks necessary for the delivery and documentation of training programs.

• Report on student performance and keep precise student records.

• Assist in the distribution of Apprentice Tool Kits and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Perform various job-related duties as assigned.

• Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.

• Work in classroom, equipment lab, or jobsite scenarios with approximately 30% travel involved.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent, and/or completion of an Apprenticeship training program in the HVAC Trade.

• A minimum of ten (10) years of journey-level field experience in HVAC.

• Completion of ICTP and certification as Craft Instructors is required.

• Previous experience in training technicians or installers is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Advanced analytical skills, business acumen, and critical thinking capabilities.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Capability to interpret educational needs and create effective instructional strategies.

• Proficient in Zoom and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

• Demonstrated project management and presentation skills.

• Ability to resolve complex problems and challenges.

• Skill in effectively prioritizing and executing tasks within a complex environment.

• Capacity to work in a team-oriented, collaborative atmosphere.

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand/walk for extended durations.

• Strong passion for sharing knowledge and assisting others in achieving success.

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree.

• Minimum Experience: 4+ years.
