This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Assist with HR-related functions while collaborating closely with the Human Resources Manager and the VP of HR.
β’ Revise and update HR policies and procedures.
β’ Manage benefits administration and foster positive employee relations.
β’ Oversee training and performance management efforts.
β’ Organize onboarding, recruitment, diversity and inclusion initiatives, policy execution, workplace culture enhancement, and adherence to employment laws.
β’ Execute HR programs that encompass talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, benefits, training and development, records management, health and safety, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations.
β’ Prepare documentation and facilitate new-hire onboarding in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
β’ Supervise onboarding processes, orientations, exit interviews, HRIS data entry, and compliance audits.
β’ Provide guidance to employees on matters related to absence, health concerns, conduct, capability, grievances, organizational changes, and other employee relations issues.
β’ Maintain employee handbooks, directories, organizational charts, and HR policies.
β’ Organize employee records and generate performance evaluation reports.
β’ Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and deliver actionable insights.
β’ Act as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries regarding onboarding, taxes, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
β’ Educate employees about HR processes and policies.
β’ Perform additional duties and projects as required.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
β’ Over 4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations.
β’ Proficient in MS Excel at an expert level.
β’ Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Experience with HRIS and ATS systems; familiarity with Greenhouse and ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
β’ Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
β’ Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
β’ High level of precision, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality.
β’ Successful completion of a background check, including criminal history, previous employment verification, and education verification.
