This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conducts investigations, assessments, and ensures timely resolution of a portfolio of intricate construction defect claims.

• Possesses a thorough understanding of construction defect coverage matters and interprets construction contracts effectively.

• Proactively manages litigation while collaborating with defense attorneys and insured clients.

• Compiles reports that outline claim status, payments, and reserves.

• Maintains timely communication with all relevant stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in adjusting construction defect claims.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• Valid adjuster licenses in Florida and potentially other states.

• In-depth knowledge of construction defect claims management and insurance policies.

• Capability to assess and respond to time-sensitive demands and consumer grievances.

• Experience in litigation and negotiation processes.
