This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Conduct visual and non-destructive assessments of static and dynamic pressure-retaining equipment in accordance with API and ASME standards.
β’ Prepare technically precise reports that detail the condition of the equipment.
β’ Offer technical advice regarding the repair, re-rating, replacement, and modification of plant equipment.
β’ Provide technical insights related to welding and metallurgical concerns.
β’ Deliver technical guidance on non-destructive examination methods and protocols.
β’ Adhere to Acuren and client safety work practices.
β’ Engage in site safety programs and initiatives.
β’ Travel as required for customer turnaround, outages, and project assignments.
β’ Certification in American Petroleum Institute Standards 510/570.
β’ 5β10 years of experience, or a minimum of 2 years of on-site experience.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of API 510/570 and ASME standards.
β’ Proven experience in direct support of petrochemical facility engineers.
β’ Additional API 653 or CWI certification is advantageous.
β’ Openness to travel as necessary.
β’ Opportunity to engage in turnaround, outage, and project assignments at client locations throughout the U.S.
