This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Manage security documentation required for employment on government contracts, including conducting virtual paperwork completion sessions, coordinating fingerprinting, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Organize and gather paperwork from new candidates in compliance with government regulations.
• Provide timelines for the completion of the security clearance process.
• Review, modify, and offer suggestions to ensure the accuracy of package submissions.
• Monitor the submission pipeline.
• Communicate with applicants and company staff in a courteous and professional manner.
• Participate in all mandatory training sessions.
• Achieve accuracy standards and performance metrics set by the organization.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in clerical or office-related work.
• Proficient in using general office equipment such as desktop computers, scanners, etc.
• Ability to utilize components of the Microsoft Office Suite to complete tasks, with a willingness to learn new software applications.
• Familiarity with government security clearances.
• Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
