This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee and enhance relationships with Key Accounts and other assigned accounts within a designated market.
• Serve as the primary liaison for these accounts and take responsibility for meeting revenue objectives.
• Create and implement collaborative initiatives with Kiva's retail partners.
• Foster relationships and identify as well as secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Report directly to the Senior Sales Manager.
• An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience is required.
• Over 5 years of experience in leading and managing Key Account relationships, with a proven ability to generate substantial revenue.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in CPG, spirits/wine/beer, and/or cannabis is highly preferred.
• We seek individuals with a strong commitment to excellence, competitive spirit, and outstanding customer relation skills!
• You should be proficient in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with distribution ERP systems is an advantage.
• Must possess reliable transportation and be able to meet Motor Vehicle Report requirements.
• Must exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
• Experience working with a well-regarded, premium brand company is preferred.
