Telesales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the health plan requirements of potential members and confirm their Medicare / Medi-Cal eligibility.

• Conduct telephonic enrollments by effectively communicating benefit information over the phone.

• Comply with all state and regulatory standards by following programs established by CMS.

• Meet the mandated Sales Market Quota objectives each month during LOCK IN and AEP.

• Assist Field Sales Representatives and enhance team performance by achieving related outcomes as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid Health Insurance License is mandatory (as per CMS regulations).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a healthcare-related field.

• Demonstrated sales and customer service abilities.
