Telesales Assistant, PWD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage potential customers (pharmacies) while nurturing relationships with current clients to facilitate the registration and/or sale of Supera products — aiming to enhance the conversion of revenue into sales;

• Process orders to distributors and communicate with pharmacies, adhering to existing commercial agreements with Supera;

• Maintain and update commercial customer information within the Supera database;

• Conduct in-person visits to customers only as a last resort, to establish or reinforce relationships;

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Supera products and the strategies outlined by the marketing team, staying updated on key product features;

• Refine and implement sales techniques developed in collaboration with the training department, seeking guidance from your supervisor as needed to resolve questions and enhance the learning experience.

• Completed high school diploma

• Ability to work remotely

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Prior experience in the commercial/sales field is advantageous
