Telesales Agent – Outbound

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You are the primary point of contact for our clients, providing advice both over the phone and in writing during the loan comparison process.

• You guide your clients from the initial contact to the contract conclusion, supporting them at every stage.

• Through a thorough needs analysis, you determine what our clients truly require and assist them in finding the optimal loan offer.

• You help our clients fulfill their wishes without any cold calling, as all our clients have actively provided their information to us.

• Our modern communication tools and the digital closing options from our partners ensure that nothing stands in the way of an efficient workday.

• You have gained initial experience in client contact (e.g., sales, telesales, or retail).

• You possess excellent communication skills and excel through your open and professional demeanor on the phone.

• You are characterized by high reliability and a dedicated work ethic.

• You are eager to develop further, bring a lot of motivation, and wish to embark on a journey with us.

• You are fluent in German, both spoken and written.

• Ideally, you have completed a commercial training program.
