This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will be the primary point of contact for our automotive customers in inbound inquiries, providing them with high-quality vehicle insurance consultations and promoting our award-winning products in dental, pet health, and supplementary health insurance through cross-selling.
• You will address the needs and preferences of our customers during numerous inbound calls (our warm calls/leads), ensuring optimal solutions are provided.
• In the future, you will receive additional leads or service-to-sales calls to enhance sales outcomes.
• You will participate in sales incentives aimed at boosting results in a targeted manner following promotional campaigns.
• There is no cold calling or appointment setting involved; instead, you will advise our calling customers at their request, using your persuasive skills.
• You will regularly exchange ideas with your colleagues, fostering mutual development and increasing success together.
• Several years of experience in inbound telephone product sales.
• Experienced and sales-oriented candidates from all sectors with proven successful customer interactions over the phone.
• You possess a unique talent for acquiring customers.
• Ideally, you have knowledge in the insurance sector (automotive, supplementary products) and call center experience.
• Enjoyment of phone interactions and a strong ability to close sales.
• Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Uncapped commission structure.
