📋 Description

• Establish robust relationships and ensure an exceptional advocacy experience for patients.

• Work in partnership with healthcare advocates to assist patients in reaching their health objectives.

• Play a key role in creating a new patient care program aimed at effectively supporting a vulnerable population.

• Board certification in adult psychiatry is required.

• Strong clinical abilities combined with outstanding organizational skills.

• Exceptional communication skills, with listening and empathy as the cornerstones of every patient interaction at Solace.

• Ability to work comfortably with adults of all ages facing behavioral health challenges, medical issues, and health-related social concerns.
