This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries promptly.
• Resolve issues and provide information on behalf of our clients effectively.
• Work autonomously while showcasing reliability and exceptional communication skills.
• Adjust to diverse client needs and varying call volumes while following company policies and procedures.
• Offer exceptional support to clients.
• Strong focus on detail and dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
• Proficient data entry skills.
• Must be drug-free and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
• Technical Requirements for Remote Work:
• Windows Machines: Windows 11 Pro.
• 16GB of RAM.
• Quad-core processor with a CPU speed of at least 2.5 GHz.
• Mac Machines: Supported versions of macOS with all updates installed.
• Minimum of 16GB of RAM with an M series chip.
• All Computer Set-Ups Must Include:
• Dual monitors (19” each) with widescreen recommended for an enhanced software experience.
• A dedicated internet connection with minimum speeds of 7 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload.
• Ethernet connection is required (Wi-Fi and satellite connections are not acceptable).
• No data caps on internet usage.
• A webcam for meetings, training sessions, and quality monitoring.
• A noise-canceling headset to ensure clear communication with customers.
• Antivirus protection is necessary (Windows Defender is not permitted).
