Telephone Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound fundraising calls to secure pledges for client initiatives.

• Adhere to the provided and client-sanctioned messaging during each call.

• Implement the established fundraising call framework, including relevant political justifications and transition phrases as needed.

• Engage in active listening to deliver contextually appropriate responses.

• Achieve and uphold project objectives and efficiency benchmarks.

• Maintain an occupancy ratio of 85%.

• Ensure 95% punctuality (timely start of shift and return from breaks and lunch).

• Maintain 95% adherence to shifts and absenteeism standards.

• Provide outstanding customer service and respond swiftly to the individual being contacted.

• Welcome coaching and feedback with a constructive attitude.

• Uphold a professional demeanor and appearance.

• Remain concentrated on the current project and adequately prepare for each call.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hiring.

• Availability for full-time day shifts from Monday to Friday is required.

• Additional shifts may be necessary during peak busy periods.

• Employment must be within the continental United States.

• Must possess a personal computer (meeting system specifications), USB headset, web camera, and a wired internet connection (Wi-Fi is not permitted).

• A quiet, uninterrupted workspace is essential to ensure professional communication with clients.

• A background check is mandatory.

• Integrity in identity, voice, and appearance is essential.

• The use of identity masking or anonymization technology is strictly forbidden.

• Employees are prohibited from utilizing any tools that modify, disguise, or alter their voice or appearance while performing company duties.

🏝️ Benefits

• Paid training (weeks 1-3) at $11 per hour (or the state minimum wage, whichever is higher).

• The base wage is $16 per hour following the completion of 3 weeks of training, with a bonus potential of earning up to $20 per hour.

• A retention bonus of $250 is available after 4 weeks, contingent on maintaining active status in good standing and performance (working 80 hours in the pay period and exceeding $20 RPH).

• A bonus of $500 is available after 7 weeks, based on active status in good standing and performance (full-time, working at least 64 hours in the pay period).
