This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to clients who have home services.

• Provide enhanced benefits to improve their home experience and entertainment.

• Offer internet, cable, and phone services.

• Work in a 100% remote setting.

• Attend training sessions from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old.

• Minimum of 3 months' experience in CALL CENTER, ATC, or SALES.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday; Sundays off.

• Positions available for Lima and provinces.

• Must have a PC or laptop.

• Operating System: Windows 10.

• Processor: Core i3 of 5th generation or equivalent and above.

• Minimum 8GB RAM.

• Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• USB headset required.

• Camera must be on during training (mandatory).

• Secondary education required.

• First three months under RxH; from the 4th month based on performance indicators, transition to Pyme payroll.
