Teleoperador – Atención al Cliente, Remoto

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Make calls to both existing and potential customers of Entel to offer new lines, porting services, and additional lines.

• Provide clear information regarding plans, promotions, and benefits.

• Achieve the established sales targets.

• Accurately record sales information in the system.

• Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor with every customer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Minimum age of 18 years.

• No prior work experience required.

• Camera must be turned on during training.

• Laptop or PC required for training and work.

• Intel i3/i5/i7 sixth generation or higher processor, or Ryzen 3 or higher.

• Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps, preferably via cable.

• Windows 10 or higher required.

• Availability from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
