Telemedicine Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform scheduled telehealth nursing appointments and manage inbound and outbound communications with patients.

• Evaluate patient issues, respond to clinical inquiries, and offer evidence-based advice and support.

• Provide education to patients regarding medications, treatment strategies, side effect management, and ongoing care suggestions.

• Relay laboratory and diagnostic results while offering patient education and follow-up care.

• Accurately document patient interactions in electronic medical records and internal systems.

• Collaborate with providers concerning patient issues and guarantee continuity of care.

• Deliver services in accordance with standards of practice, client clinical protocols, HIPAA regulations, and relevant laws.

• Offer virtual clinical guidance, care coordination, education, and advocacy throughout the healthcare journeys of patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Active Compact Nursing License, residing in the compact home state, and capability to secure additional state licensure.

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing institution is required.

• At least 5 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care, case management, or similar environments.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical weight management and GLP-1 therapies.

• At least 1 year of telemedicine experience.

• Strong clinical judgment with the ability to independently evaluate and triage patient concerns.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and patient education abilities.

• Proficient in telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHRs), and digital communication tools.

• Must possess own computer and audio/visual equipment.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection is essential.

• A private workspace that complies with HIPAA regulations.

• Ability to fulfill the stated scheduling commitment: 20+ hours per week for weekday scheduling or 10+ hours per week for evening/weekend shifts.

• Preferred experience in Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), men’s health and erectile dysfunction, longevity and preventative health, or functional medicine.
