This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Deliver telemedicine services to patients across Ohio.
• Assess, treat, and manage patients through personalized hormone optimization.
• Administer men's hormone replacement therapy (MHRT) and women's hormone replacement therapy (WHRT) with an estimated 50/50 patient distribution.
• Offer medical weight management and preventive healthcare services.
• Enhance patients' overall health, wellness, and quality of life through tailored care.
• Complete clinical protocols, systems, and processes during the training phase.
• Engage in the hiring and credentialing process, encompassing verification of license, NPI, taxonomy, DEA, and board certifications.
• Valid Ohio Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license with necessary APRN authorization for practice in Ohio, Family specialty only, or a valid Ohio Physician Assistant license under your primary taxonomy NPI.
• Current DEA registration suitable for practice in Ohio, required at the time of application; no company reimbursement or sponsorship is available.
• Current National Provider Identifier (NPI) number without a specialty designation.
• Active national board certification relevant to your profession.
• All requisite Ohio licensure and prescribing credentials must be current and in good standing.
• No existing or pending malpractice lawsuits.
• Strong clinical assessment and medical decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent patient communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience or keen interest in men's and women's hormone replacement therapy, preventive medicine, or medical weight management is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Candidates must be ready to commence employment with minimal delay and complete the hiring and credentialing processes swiftly.
• Full-time availability required, Monday through Friday.
• Availability to work with patients scheduled between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Candidates may include experienced providers or recent graduates who possess the necessary DEA registration.
• Fully remote position.
