This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Conduct telemedicine consultations using our secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
• Deliver exceptional service and support to women in midlife who are navigating perimenopause, menopause, and various common health challenges associated with this stage of life.
• Provide care for men seeking to enhance their health and hormone levels, assuming you have relevant experience with this demographic.
• Analyze lab results with patients and present treatment options.
• Educate patients and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their needs.
• Adjust medications based on patient outcomes and responses.
• Prescribe medications as needed, in accordance with your clinical evaluations.
• Offer constructive feedback to help us enhance the patient experience.
• Commitment to a minimum of 6-8 hours per week for consultations, with a preference for 8-12 hours or more.
• You are a licensed MD or DO, ideally with valid certifications in multiple states.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Obstetrics/Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and/or Hormone Replacement Therapy is preferred.
• NCMP (NAMS-certified menopause practitioner) certification is a plus.
• Must possess an unrestricted DEA license and have experience prescribing Schedule III controlled substances.
• Exceptional communication skills with an emphasis on physician-patient relationships.
• Proficient in technology and video consultations, or a willingness to learn.
