Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create tailored treatment plans through video consultations.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary care team to provide exceptional quality of care.

• Complete necessary training and adhere to Allara's clinical guidelines, standards, and best practices.

• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness using evidence-based methods.

• Keep precise, up-to-date patient records and ensure timely charting.

• Address patient inquiries and administrative communications with clarity and compassion.

• Commit to at least 20 patient-facing hours weekly, including consultations and medical advice, with prescribing as clinically warranted.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board Certification: Must hold active national board certification as a WHNP, FNP, or a similar credential.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, focusing on chronic and complex women's health issues, such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.

• Clinical Independence: Demonstrated ability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic acumen and critical thinking capabilities.

• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing empathy and clarity.

• Webside Manner: A natural talent for establishing trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Evidence-Based Practice: A sincere dedication to providing care grounded in the latest clinical research.

• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating various platforms, including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling applications.

• Telemedicine Experience: Previous experience in telehealth is an advantage.

• State License Requirements and Hiring Considerations: An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is mandatory.
