This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans through video consultations.
• Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Fulfill necessary training requirements and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness using evidence-based approaches.
• Keep precise and current patient records, ensuring timely charting completion.
• Address patient inquiries and administrative communications with clarity and compassion.
• Commit to a minimum of 20 patient-facing hours weekly, encompassing consultations and medical advice, along with prescribing when clinically justified.
• Certification: Must hold an active national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience: At least 2 years of continuous experience as a Nurse Practitioner with a focus on women's health and management of chronic conditions.
• Clinical Independence: Demonstrated capability to operate as an independent provider with solid diagnostic judgment and critical thinking abilities.
• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing empathy and clarity.
• Webside Manner: An innate talent for establishing trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.
• Evidence-Based Practice: A sincere dedication to delivering care based on the latest clinical research.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating various platforms including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
• Telemedicine Experience: Previous experience in telehealth is advantageous.
• State License Requirements and Hiring Considerations: An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is mandatory.
