This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create tailored treatment plans through video consultations.
• Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Complete necessary training and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness using evidence-based methods.
• Keep accurate and updated patient records, ensuring timely chart completion.
• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages with clarity and care.
• Commit to a minimum of 20 patient-facing hours weekly, which includes consultations, medical guidance, and prescribing when clinically appropriate.
• Certification: Current national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience: At least 2 years of continuous experience as a Nurse Practitioner with a focus on women's health and chronic condition management.
• Clinical Independence: Demonstrated ability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking abilities.
• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing compassion and clarity.
• Webside Manner: An innate ability to foster trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.
• Evidence-Based Practice: A sincere dedication to providing care based on the latest clinical research.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating various platforms, including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
• Telemedicine Experience: Previous telehealth experience is advantageous.
• State License Requirements and Hiring Considerations: A valid, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is mandatory.
