This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Perform targeted outreach efforts to senior decision-makers in banks, insurance companies, and investment firms.
• Implement multi-channel engagement strategies that encompass LinkedIn, personalized emails, telephonic outreach, and WhatsApp communications.
• Professionally present and promote the workshop to secure registrations and attendance.
• Foster relationships with C-level executives through consultative and value-oriented discussions.
• Keep precise and comprehensive records of outreach activities, RSVP confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Ensure all communications meet professional standards and align with project expectations.
• Meet project targets, which include securing confirmed attendees for the event.
• Engage in ongoing coaching sessions and team briefings to enhance messaging and boost conversion rates.
• Demonstrated experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or a similar outbound sales position.
• Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite or executive-level individuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and consultative demeanor.
• Capability to navigate intricate organizational structures and identify decision-makers.
• Familiarity with multi-channel outreach methods (LinkedIn, email, calls, messaging platforms).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and tracking abilities.
