Telemarketing – Short-term Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Execute targeted outreach initiatives to senior decision-makers within banks, insurance companies, and investment firms.

• Implement multi-channel engagement strategies that encompass LinkedIn, personalized emails, tele-outreach, and WhatsApp communications.

• Professionally present and promote the workshop to ensure registrations and attendance.

• Foster relationships with C-level executives through consultative and value-oriented dialogues.

• Keep precise and comprehensive records of outreach efforts, RSVP confirmations, and follow-up actions.

• Guarantee that all communications meet professional standards and adhere to project expectations.

• Attain project goals, which include securing confirmed attendees for the event.

• Engage in continuous coaching sessions and team briefings to enhance messaging and boost conversion rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or a comparable outbound sales position.

• Proven track record of engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite or executive-level individuals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a professional and consultative demeanor.

• Capability to navigate intricate organizational structures and identify key decision-makers.

• Experience in multi-channel outreach, including LinkedIn, email, calls, and messaging platforms.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and tracking abilities.

• Proficient in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in financial services, corporate events, or B2B engagement campaigns is a plus.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach tracking tools is advantageous.
