This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers utilizing provided leads and databases.
• Present the company's products and services to prospective clients.
• Assess leads and determine customer requirements.
• Arrange appointments for the sales team when necessary.
• Keep precise records of calls, discussions, and results in the CRM system.
• Follow up with potential clients as required.
• Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor on every call.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, outbound customer service, sales, or a related area is preferred.
• Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong skills in persuasion and negotiation.
• Comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
• Goal-driven with a positive outlook.
• Reliable internet connection with a power source backup.
• Quiet and professional working environment.
• Headset equipped with a noise-canceling microphone.
