This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Conduct a significant number of outbound calls to potential customers utilizing provided lead lists.
• Clearly and convincingly present products and services.
• Assess leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Accurately log call results and update the CRM system following each call.
• Utilize approved scripts while naturally adapting to the flow of conversations.
• Professionally manage objections and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and conversions.
• Over 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a comparable outbound position.
• A confident and persuasive communicator with a resilient demeanor.
• Ability to make a high volume of calls on a daily basis.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Driven by targets and self-motivated to excel in a remote work environment.
• A dependable home office setup with a stable internet connection and a quality headset.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional South African languages is a plus.
• Matric certificate is a requirement.
