This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform initial intake assessments and conduct follow-up teletherapy sessions using secure video technology.

• Create personalized, evidence-driven treatment plans.

• Ensure precise and timely clinical documentation in the EMR following each session.

• Follow clinical quality standards, practice guidelines, and patient care protocols.

• Track patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically necessary.

• Identify and utilize community resources, referral networks, and support systems.

• Adhere to federal and state telehealth regulations, licensure standards, and scope-of-practice requirements.

• Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing education and clinical training.

• Oversee patient relationships from the initial intake phase throughout ongoing treatment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical discipline from an accredited institution.

• A current, unrestricted independent clinical license in good standing (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent) in the states where you intend to practice.

• A minimum of two years of independent clinical practice post-licensure, providing outpatient psychotherapy.

• Experience in serving a diverse patient population, addressing various demographic backgrounds and presenting issues.

• Direct experience in delivering care through teletherapy or other virtual platforms.

• Strong skills in clinical assessment, documentation, and diagnostics.

• Proficient in using computers, video conferencing software, smartphones, and tablets.

• Familiarity with community resources, referral networks, and support systems.

• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
