Telehealth Psychiatrist – Multi-State Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough psychiatric evaluations through telehealth platforms.

• Diagnose and provide treatment for adult patients suffering from ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, OCD, and various other common outpatient psychiatric disorders.

• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Prescribe medications, including Schedule II-V controlled substances, adhering to all relevant state and federal laws.

• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation within the EMR system.

• Complete chart notes and prescriptions according to specified timeframes.

• Work collaboratively with clinical leadership and operational teams to guarantee exceptional patient care.

• Act as a collaborating/supervising physician for PMHNPs when permitted and necessary, providing clinical oversight in compliance with state regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist (MD or DO).

• Possession of active, unrestricted medical licenses across multiple U.S. states (preferred states prioritized).

• Qualified to act as a collaborating/supervising physician for PMHNPs in relevant states.

• Active DEA registration with authorization to prescribe Schedule II medications.

• At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in outpatient psychiatry.

• Experience in treating adult patients through telehealth is preferred.

• Proficient in prescribing controlled substances.

• Strong clinical judgment and confidence in managing prevalent outpatient psychiatric conditions.

• Ability to dedicate approximately 15+ hours per week to ensure continuity of patient care.
