
Telehealth Physician β MD/DO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
β’ Perform initial telehealth consultations with enrolled members.
β’ Evaluate medical requirements, identify care gaps, and address barriers to accessing healthcare.
β’ Develop a clear clinical plan and set care priorities.
β’ Work collaboratively with care team members to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
β’ Provide clinical expertise to enhance program workflows during the pilot phase.
β’ Advocate for a patient-centered approach that integrates both social and medical needs.
β’ MD or DO with an active and unrestricted license in Tennessee.
β’ Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty preferred.
β’ Comfortable working with Medicare, Medicaid, or complex patient populations.
β’ Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish trust quickly in a virtual environment.
β’ Interest in care coordination, health navigation, or integrated care models.
β’ Ability to thrive in a startup-like, dynamic program environment.
β’ Experience in telehealth is preferred.
β’ 1099 independent contractor status.
β’ Part-time, flexible scheduling options.
β’ Conduct virtual visits.
