Telehealth Physician – MD/DO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Perform initial telehealth consultations with enrolled members.

• Evaluate medical requirements, identify care gaps, and address barriers to accessing healthcare.

• Develop a clear clinical plan and set care priorities.

• Work collaboratively with care team members to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.

• Provide clinical expertise to enhance program workflows during the pilot phase.

• Advocate for a patient-centered approach that integrates both social and medical needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO with an active and unrestricted license in Tennessee.

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty preferred.

• Comfortable working with Medicare, Medicaid, or complex patient populations.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish trust quickly in a virtual environment.

• Interest in care coordination, health navigation, or integrated care models.

• Ability to thrive in a startup-like, dynamic program environment.

• Experience in telehealth is preferred.
