Telehealth Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct concise and structured telehealth consultations to initiate care for health advocacy initiatives.

• Engage directly with seniors, addressing the intricacies of their specific health concerns.

• Collaborate with Careway Health Advocates to formulate, approve, and supervise personalized care plans.

• Accurately document findings within the Careway platform.

• Serve as a clinical resource for advocates.

• Work in close partnership with operations and technology teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. with a valid, unrestricted California medical license.

• Must reside in California.

• Willingness to obtain additional state medical licenses to accommodate our expanding patient demographic.

• Active PTAN/PECOS account (registration and enrollment with Medicare).

• Knowledge of Medicare programs and SDOH documentation.

• Comfortable with learning new EHR systems, utilizing AI tools, and adapting to early-stage startup environments.

• Outstanding listening and interpersonal abilities.
