Telehealth Pharmacy Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to members to present Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services and additional commercial programs beyond traditional MTM.

• Engage with members, prescribers, and pharmacy providers to improve care coordination and support the Star ratings initiative.

• Handle incoming calls from members to initiate MTM or other CEC services.

• Perform telephonic comprehensive medication interviews and record medications as part of the MTM Program.

• Ensure effective communication with clients, providers, and internal staff regarding CEC programs and their outcomes.

• Stay informed about regulations related to CEC programs.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Navitus Clients’ member experience and how the CEC enhances health and wellness.

• Adhere to all relevant HIPAA and CMS regulations.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED credential.

• Valid Pharmacy technician license/certification as mandated by state regulations.

• Previous experience working as a Pharmacy Technician.

• Experience as part of a multi-disciplinary team is preferred.

• Familiarity with relevant data privacy practices and regulations is preferred.

• Understanding of healthcare industry standards and HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in, adhere to, and support the goals of the compliance program.

• Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.
