Pharmacist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, modify, and enhance Epic Beacon Treatment Plans.

• Assist in the creation and upkeep of research-driven oncology treatment plans.

• Construct and sustain cell therapy Carepaths, Checklists, SmartForms, Flowsheets, Synopses, Reports, and clinical documentation tools.

• Create and adjust SmartTools, including SmartLinks, SmartPhrases, and clinical notes, as required.

• Collaborate with clinical, pharmacy, research, and IT teams to convert clinical needs into scalable Epic solutions.

• Facilitate testing, validation, troubleshooting, and optimization of Beacon workflows.

• Ensure that builds comply with organizational standards and Epic best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Epic Beacon certification is mandatory.

• Licensed Pharmacist (RPh or PharmD) is essential.

• Proven experience in building and supporting Epic Beacon within a healthcare setting.

• Strong understanding of oncology workflows, chemotherapy protocols, and clinical documentation.

• Experience with research-related Epic builds is highly preferred.

• Capability to work autonomously, prioritize various initiatives, and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.

• Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
