Manager, Pharmacy Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in promoting and advancing the vision for innovative pharmacy transformation opportunities within the Retail Pharmacy portfolio.

• Contribute to the development of a strategic roadmap that emphasizes innovation, operational viability, and patient-centered solutions.

• Conduct research and analyze market trends, patient requirements, and the competitive landscape to pinpoint new products and programs.

• Create comprehensive business cases for new initiatives, encompassing financial modeling, risk evaluation, and implementation strategies.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, technology, and clinical teams to align on growth objectives.

• Impact senior leadership decisions through data-driven insights and strategic advice.

• Lead the incubation of new growth initiatives from concept to pilot phase, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience in healthcare (both within pharmacy and outside of it), or in private equity, venture capital, and consulting, with a focus on emerging technologies and healthcare is highly preferred.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in change management.

• Preferred experience in margin optimization, consumer experience design, or pharmacy innovation.

• Bachelor's Degree required.

• An advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD, etc.) is preferred.
