Telehealth Nurse Practitioner – Medical Weightloss

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct virtual consultations with patients via video, phone, and chat for urgent care, primary care, medical weight loss, and behavioral health.

• Gather patient histories, carry out virtual examinations, assess, and diagnose prevalent medical and behavioral health issues.

• Create and communicate evidence-based treatment plans while providing patient education.

• Collaborate with fellow providers through detailed charting and messaging.

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered, and compassionate care while achieving productivity targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in family practice, primary care, or urgent care (not including orientation/training).

• At least 1 year of experience working with Compounded GLP1 patients.

• Strong diagnostic skills.

• Competence in conducting video consultations.

• Minimum of 1 year of Telehealth experience.

• Active and in-good-standing state licenses in at least 20 states (Full Practice Authority is strongly preferred).

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctorate (DNP) specializing in Adult-Gerontology or Family Practice.

• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) through ANCC or AANP.

• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week (40 hours preferred).

• Willingness to work nights and weekends is a plus.

• Proficiency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is an advantage.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, focusing on clarity, empathy, compassion, and patient-centered care.

• $6 for asynchronous consultations Monday through Friday, $7 for asynchronous consultations on Saturday and Sunday.

• $40 for synchronous 30-minute consultations.
