This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Staff position providing telephone consumer support in a call center environment for patients, providers, or field team members.
• Handles inbound calls and initiates outbound calls to patients or other parties in accordance with program requirements.
• May deliver education on disease processes and medication support following approved call guides/scripts.
• May offer emotional support to patients and their caregivers.
• Evaluates patient compliance and adherence to treatment plans, identifying obstacles to care and referring to additional support services.
• Receives notifications through various channels to deliver information about the product and program, dispatch information kits if necessary, and provide management advice regarding side effects in line with program business rules.
• Accurately logs consumer activities in the CRM database as specified by business rules.
• Demonstrates the ability to work within and document reportable activities promptly and accurately in the Clinical Database following business rules and established scripts.
• Intakes and reports adverse events as instructed.
• Responsible for maintaining flexibility during program developments and adapting to changing program needs.
• May assist with after-hours nursing activities on-call.
• Registered nurse with a current license issued by a state or jurisdiction within the United States, and unrestricted in any state.
• Experience and/or potential to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Preferred 3 years of nursing experience.
• Previous telephonic experience is a plus.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills for data collection.
• Must be highly organized and self-motivated.
