This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• This is a hybrid position that showcases innovative methods in client care.
• The role involves 90% of work within the HearAssist environment statewide, and 10% at local and nearby centers.
• Conduct HearAssist hearing evaluations, assist in hearing aid selection, and perform remote fittings for all clients, adhering to best practices outlined in our client-focused service model of Simply Excellent Hearing Care.
• Achieve a minimum Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 75.
• Carry out routine follow-ups, perform cleaning and checks, as well as hearing aid repairs.
• Maintain proficiency in taking ear impressions, modifying earmolds, and recommending Assistive Listening Device (ALD) accessories.
• Utilize hearing aid inventory for instruments while having the capability to remotely program, ship, and adjust hearing aids for clients within the states of licensure.
• Regularly demonstrate hearing aids during annual evaluations to create the 'wow' experience for clients.
• Keep hearing aid inventory to achieve an 80% same-day fitting/trial rate, enhancing immediate hearing solutions.
• Adhere to all state licensing laws, FDA regulations, WSA policies, and HearUSA Quality Practice Guidelines (QPG).
• Operate in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that documentation, outcome notes, and referrals are completed for each client.
• Collaborate with the HearAssist leadership team, District Manager, and field teams to enhance your center's revenue and positively impact more lives.
• Participate in Continued Professional Development to maintain expertise across all facets of service delivery, from consultative counseling to the selling, fitting, and troubleshooting of the latest hearing aid technology.
• Generate your own leads through proactive outbound calling.
• Foster a local community to create service demand and support marketing initiatives.
• Successfully execute one community outreach and/or physician marketing activity each quarter.

• Experience in a client-focused role as an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in basic or advanced written communication.
• Background in customer service and resolving grievances.
• Capability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately, and concisely.
• Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and independently in a dynamic environment.
• Must have applications for Multi-State Licensing submitted before the start date.
• 1-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing is required.
• Obtaining Multi-State Licensure is necessary.
