This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients and create tailored treatment plans through video consultations.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the delivery of top-notch care.
• Complete mandatory training sessions and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
• Inform patients about preventative care and wellness utilizing evidence-based methods.
• Ensure patient records are precise and up-to-date, completing documentation promptly.
• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages with clarity and consideration.
• Commit to at least 20 hours of patient-facing activities per week, which includes consultations and medical guidance, with the option to prescribe when clinically appropriate.
• Education: MD or DO from a recognized institution.
• Board Certification: Active national board certification in Gynecology.
• Experience: At least 2 years of continuous clinical experience as a Gynecologist, focusing on chronic and complex women's health issues such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, Metabolic Syndrome, Menopause, Fertility, Postpartum, PMDD, and Obesity.
• Clinical Independence: Demonstrated ability to operate as an autonomous provider with robust diagnostic judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing compassion and clarity.
• Webside Manner: An innate ability to foster trust and connections with patients in a virtual environment.
• Evidence-Based Practice: A sincere dedication to providing care based on current clinical research.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating various platforms including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
• Telemedicine Experience: Previous telehealth experience is advantageous.
• State License Requirements & Hiring Considerations: An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is required.
