
Telehealth Family Nurse Practitioner – Eating Disorders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Oversee a substantial patient case-load effectively.
• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of eating disorders alongside co-occurring psychiatric conditions (psychiatric consultation available).
• Execute medication treatment strategies for eating disorders and concurrent conditions in a virtual clinic (i.e. telehealth) environment.
• Work in collaboration with a diverse treatment team comprising physicians, dietitians, therapists, patient mentors, family mentors, and external providers.
• Utilize between-session messaging to assist patients and liaise with the treatment team via Equip EMR, adhering to Equip’s policies and procedures.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision sessions, and departmental meetings.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Capability to maintain active Family Nurse Practitioner licenses and pursue cross-licensing as necessary (license costs to be covered by Equip).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in treating pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in an outpatient setting, with a preference for Primary Care experience.
• Show a commitment to delivering excellent evidence-based care, enhancing clinical skills, and an enthusiasm for professional growth.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their caregivers, ensuring timely responses to messages.
• Exhibit curiosity, a passion for learning, and actively engage in a collaborative multidisciplinary team environment.
