Telehealth Endocrinologist – Flexible Schedule

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create tailored treatment plans through video consultations.

• Work alongside a diverse care team to ensure the highest quality of patient care.

• Complete necessary training sessions and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.

• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness using evidence-based approaches.

• Keep accurate and current patient records while ensuring timely completion of charting.

• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages with clarity and attentiveness.

• Commit to a minimum of 10 hours of patient interactions weekly, which includes consultations and medical guidance, with prescribing duties when clinically appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

• Active ABIM board certification in Endocrinology obtained through an ACGME-accredited program.

• All qualified Endocrinologists are encouraged to submit their applications.

• Experience in women's health is advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking abilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing empathy and clarity.

• Innate talent for establishing trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Dedication to providing care that is informed by the latest clinical research.

• Proficient in navigating EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling software.

• Previous telehealth experience is a plus.

• An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is mandatory.

• Minimum of 10 hours of patient interaction each week.
