Telehealth Endocrinologist – Flexible Schedule

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans through video consultations.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Complete necessary training sessions and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.

• Inform patients about preventative care and wellness using evidence-based approaches.

• Keep precise and current patient records and ensure timely charting.

• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages with clarity and attentiveness.

• Commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours weekly, which includes consultations and medical guidance, prescribing when clinically appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution.

• Board Certification: Active ABIM board certification in Endocrinology from an ACGME-accredited program.

• Experience: All qualified Endocrinologists are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in women's health is a plus!

• Clinical Independence: Demonstrated ability to operate as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic skills and critical thinking.

• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing compassion and clarity.

• Webside Manner: A natural capability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Evidence-Based Practice: A sincere dedication to providing care informed by the latest clinical research.

• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating various platforms, including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.

• Telemedicine Experience: Previous telehealth experience is advantageous.

• State License Requirements & Hiring Considerations: An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is essential.
