Telehealth Endocrinologist – Evenings, Fridays, Weekends

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients and create tailored treatment plans through video consultations.

• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the delivery of top-notch care.

• Complete all necessary training and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.

• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness using evidence-based approaches.

• Keep accurate and current patient records, ensuring timely charting.

• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages with clarity and compassion.

• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours each week, encompassing consultations and medical advice, including prescribing when clinically warranted.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: MD or DO from a recognized institution.

• Certification: Active ABIM board certification in Endocrinology obtained through an ACGME-accredited program.

• Experience: We encourage all qualified Endocrinologists to apply.

• Women's health experience is a bonus!

• Clinical Independence: Demonstrated capability to operate as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic skills and critical thinking.

• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal skills, prioritizing compassion and clarity.

• Webside Manner: An innate ability to foster trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.

• Evidence-Based Practice: A sincere commitment to providing care based on the latest clinical research.

• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable utilizing various platforms, including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.

• Telemedicine Experience: Previous telehealth experience is advantageous.

• State License Requirements & Hiring Considerations: An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is mandatory.
