
Telehealth Endocrinologist, Board-eligible

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Perform comprehensive assessments of patients and create tailored treatment plans through video consultations.
β’ Work in partnership with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the highest level of care is maintained.
β’ Complete all necessary training and adhere to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
β’ Provide education to patients on preventive care and wellness utilizing evidence-based approaches.
β’ Keep precise and current patient records, ensuring timely completion of charting.
β’ Address patient inquiries and administrative messages with clarity and compassion.
β’ Commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours weekly, which includes consultations and medical advice, with prescribing when clinically appropriate.
β’ Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
β’ Board Certification: Active ABIM board certification in Internal Medicine is required.
β’ Endocrinology Fellowship Training & Board Eligibility:
β’ Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology fellowship is mandatory.
β’ Must be board-eligible in Endocrinology through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
β’ A commitment to achieve ABIM board certification in Endocrinology within one year of employment is essential.
β’ Experience: All board-eligible Endocrinologists are encouraged to submit their applications.
β’ Women's health experience is advantageous!
β’ Clinical Independence: Demonstrated capability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking abilities.
β’ Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on compassion and clarity.
β’ Webside Manner: Natural talent for establishing trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.
β’ Evidence-Based Practice: A sincere dedication to providing care based on the latest clinical research.
β’ Technical Proficiency: Comfortable utilizing various platforms including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
β’ Telemedicine Experience: Previous telehealth experience is beneficial.
β’ State License Requirements & Hiring Considerations: An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is necessary.
