This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans through video consultations.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the highest level of care is provided.
• Complete necessary training sessions while adhering to Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
• Inform patients about preventive care and wellness using evidence-based approaches.
• Keep precise and current patient records, completing documentation in a timely manner.
• Address patient inquiries and administrative messages with clarity and attentiveness.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours weekly, which includes consultations, medical guidance, and prescribing when clinically appropriate.
• Education: MD or DO from a recognized institution.
• Board Certification: Active ABIM board certification in Internal Medicine.
• Endocrinology Fellowship Training & Board Eligibility:
• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology fellowship.
• Board-eligible in Endocrinology through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
• Willingness to obtain ABIM board certification in Endocrinology within one year of employment.
• Experience: All board-eligible Endocrinologists are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in women's health is an advantage!
• Clinical Independence: Demonstrated ability to operate as an independent provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical thinking capabilities.
• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing compassion and clarity.
• Webside Manner: Innate ability to establish trust and rapport with patients in a virtual environment.
• Evidence-Based Practice: A sincere dedication to providing care based on the latest clinical research.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable utilizing multiple platforms including EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
• Telemedicine Experience: Prior experience in telehealth is a plus.
• State License Requirements & Hiring Considerations: An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state is mandatory.
